2. First name and last name of the person submitting the request
3. Contact details
4. Subject of the request
5. Time period to which the request refers to
6. Details of the request
7. Activities performed by the client before the occurrence of the error. A printscreen can facilitate the entire process.
A request structured in such a manner can be sent to the Help Desk’s e-mail address, i.e. help@verified.shop, we will respond as soon as possible.
